Nach einem Verordnungsrückgang im Jahr 2004 wurden die meisten Muskelrelaxantien 2005 wieder häufiger verordnet. Das peripher muskelrelaxierend wirkende Botulinumtoxin hält auch 2005 vor Tetrazepam seine Spitzenposition als der nach Tagesdosen am häufigsten verordnete Wirkstoff.
