Abstract
The discussion of relevant research and theories on creativity, organizational learning, and social network analysis in the last chapter lead to the following research targets and questions. In the center of the argument is the factor model for collective creativity proposed in section 2.3.3. This model enables us to observe creativity operating in social network development.
