Zusammenfassung
In allen sozialen Berufen gedeiht das Angebot an Supervision. Kurse zur Ausbildung als Supervisor werden angeboten, der Markt regelt das schon. Die Idee der Supervision stammt aus der sozialen Arbeit schon der 1920er Jahre, wurde dann von der Psychoanalyse in die Therapeutik übernommen und hieß dort lange „Kontrollanalyse“. Was aber dort geschieht, wie man Supervision betreibt oder betreiben sollte, ist in bemerkenswerter Weise unklar.
