Die Bürger hängen an dem, was sich in vielen Jahrzehnten entwickelt hat und halten nichts von radikalen Kurswechseln. Veränderung ertragen sie am besten als Fortentwicklung des Gewohnten. Insofern ähnelt ANS jeder anderen Stadt.
