Zusammenfassung
Ein zentrales Vermarktungsmerkmal vieler Industriegüter ist darin zu sehen, dass ihr Verkaufspreis nicht einseitig durch den Hersteller festgesetzt wird, sondern sich als Ergebnis von Preisverhandlungen bildet (Atkin/Skinner, 1975). Grundsätzlich zu unterscheiden ist dabei zwischen Preisverhandlungen, die unter Beteiligung verschiedener Marktseiten (Anbieter, Nachfrager) stattfinden, und solchen, die innerhalb einer Marktseite (vor allem Anbieter, Anbieter) vonstatten gehen.
