Zusammenfassung

Für die Harmonisierungsbestrebungen auf Europaebene waren folgende Ziele von Bedeutung:277

  • Harmonisierung der verschiedenen Rechtsvorschriften im Binnenmarkt

  • Sicherung des freien Informationsflusses in Europa und

  • Förderung einer europäischen kulturellen Identität.
