Dieser Beitrag beschreibt die Ausgangssituation, den Integrationsprozess der logistischen Abwicklung von Großgütern und Möbeln sowie den Weg zur Implementierung eines umfassenden Supply Chain Controllings am Beispiel der Quelle AG und Neckermann Versand AG, der Versandhandelssparte im KarstadtQuelle Konzern. Mit der Integration der Versandabwicklung dieser Unternehmen im Bereich der Großgüter und Möbel hat das Supply Chain Controlling besondere Relevanz erhalten.
