„L3: Lebenslanges Lernen — Weiterbildung als Grundbedürfnis“ ist ein Leitprojekt, das vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (bmb+f) gefördert wird. Ein aus 20 Partnern bestehendes Konsortium unter der Leitung des CEC Karlsruhe, dem europäischen Forschungszentrum der SAP AG, konzipiert, implementiert und evaluiert ein nationales Dienstleistungsnetzwerk für die berufliche Weiterbildung.
