Zusammenfassung

Dieses Kapitel zielt darauf ab, Assessmentinstrumente zur Beurteilung der Funktion der oberen Gliedmaßen bei Menschen mit SCI durch ein systematisches Review der wissenschaftlichen Literatur zu beschreiben und zu bewerten. Das systematische Review wurde in Übereinstimmung mit den auf Konsens basierenden Standards für die Auswahl von Gesundheitsmessinstrumenten (COSMIN) auf PubMed, Scopus, CINAHL und Web of Science durchgeführt. Nach Entfernung von Duplikaten wurden 3333 Artikel gesichtet. Von diesen wurden 476 in dieses systematische Review aufgenommen. Unter diesen wurden 33 Artikel für dieses Kapitel berücksichtigt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen 17 Assessmentinstrumente, die die Funktion der oberen Gliedmaßen bei Personen mit SCI bewerten. Unter den 17 in diesem Kapitel enthaltenen Instrumenten bewerten die meisten Skalen die Geschicklichkeit von Armen und Händen sowie sensomotorische und Greiffunktionen. Die gebräuchlichsten Assessmentinstrumente sind der Van Lieshout Test (VLT), ein Instrument zur Beurteilung der Geschicklichkeit von Armen und Händen, und die Graded Redefined Assessment Of Strength, Sensibility And Prehension (GRASSP), ein klinisches Beeinträchtigungsmessinstrument für die sensomotorische und die Greiffunktion in 3 Bereichen (Kraft, Empfindung und Greifen).
