Case-Based Gynecological Oncology

Abstract

Cervical cancer in pregnancy should be managed by a multidisciplinary team as it must take into consideration maternal health, which takes priority, and the fetal outcome. It varies according to the stage of the disease, gestational age at diagnosis, desire to continue pregnancy and associated co morbidities. Management follows the guidelines for the non-pregnant state, expert opinions and few case reports.
