Abstract
The Potentialum model and the Potentialum analysis are intended as a tool enabling companies to better understand their organization. The model provides an easily understandable mental framework so that everyone involved can talk about the same thing. The analysis gives an up-to-date picture of the company. At a glance, everyone can see where its strengths and weaknesses are.
Potentialum is an organizational model that provides a shared perspective on the company. In using it, actors quickly come to speak a common language about their company. As an analytical tool, it can help an organization to hold up a mirror to itself. The results can be used to reach an agreement on the way forward. In the process of co-creation, the map is an important orientation tool for choosing and implementing fields of action.
