Abstract
The health of young children is one of the most important social concerns at present, and the phenomenon of childhood obesity is gradually becoming a topic of concern in many countries. The influencing factors that lead to childhood obesity are formed according to age, gender, and scale of eating habits. Methods: This paper promotes the early development of children’s health by capturing their behavioral habits. Children’s movement habits, color sensitivity, and pattern liking are scaled. The purpose of this paper is to investigate and design a physical fitness testing device specifically designed for children. The device was used to measure body fat percentage (BEP) in children. The results show that the monitoring of body fat percentage and trace elements in children is used to monitor changes in children’s body health index in real time, to obtain interaction and products designed specifically for children, and to advocate and advise on children’s body signs through mobile.
