Abstract
Non-thrombotic pulmonary vascular diseases may involve any portion of the pulmonary vascular tree from the main pulmonary artery through to the capillaries, venules, and central veins. They may be congenital or acquired. In this chapter, the typical presentation, important laboratory, as well as imaging findings of the more common or clinically significant entities are reviewed.
