Abstract
Developing a systematic troubleshooting approach is an essential step in solving Teams problem. This chapter provides information about Microsoft Teams network configuration; collecting Teams diagnostic logs and analysis processes; diagnosing common Teams problems; troubleshooting problems with public and private channels; deploying and updating Teams client software; troubleshooting Teams client startup and configuration; troubleshooting audio and video devices; troubleshooting Teams desktop client performance issues; understanding and troubleshooting external (federation) access issues; enabling and troubleshooting Teams guest access issues; and troubleshooting issues with interoperability with Skype for Business. This chapter is primarily focused on Teams client issues and troubleshooting them.
