Abstract

In this chapter, we will present the evaluation and management of three illustrative patients, beginning with the case of the sick Tarzan, whose history and portions of a verbatim interview with whom were presented in Chapter 13. All of the cases presented in this chapter, including the “sick Tarzan,” are actual case histories. Of course, some identifying data have been changed for reasons of confidentiality.
