Abstract
Solid-state 13C-NMR spectroscopy with interrupted decoupling can be used for semi-quantitative determination of condensed tannins in plant fragments. The spectra can also provide some information about the procyanidin:prodelphinidin ratio but not about ratios of cis:trans stereochemistry.
