Zusammenfassung

Im Sommer 1976 wurde uns eine 52jährige Patientin mit fulminant verlaufender Hepatitis infectiosa B im Coma hepaticum Stadium II zugewiesen, die bereits in einem auswärtigen Krankenhaus kurzzeitig mit 4 g Paromomycin (= Humatin)/die, anschließend über 10 Tage täglich mit 4 ×2 g Neomycinsulfat (= Bykomycin) neben Lactulose, Corticoiden und Diuretika behandelt worden war.
