Abstract

One of the most well-known success stories of orthopedic clinical research is the Multicenter Orthopaedic Outcomes Network (MOON), the largest prospective anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction cohort in the United States. This chapter aims to chronicle the story of MOON, from its initial vision to its execution and current state.
