Zusammenfassung
Um aktuellen und zukünftigen Herausforderungen in der Arbeitswelt gewachsen zu sein, gilt der Erwerb von neuen Kompetenzen als entscheidender Wettbewerbsvorteil sowohl für Mitarbeitende als auch für Unternehmen. Dementsprechend bieten 77,3 % der Unternehmen betriebliche Weiterbildung an und gaben 2015 im Schnitt 1793 Euro pro teilnehmendem Beschäftigten aus (Statistisches Bundesamt 2017). Lediglich 2 % der deutschen Unternehmen mit mehr als 250 Mitarbeitenden haben keine betrieblichen Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen (Statistisches Bundesamt 2017).
Vor diesem Hintergrund und der Tatsache, dass die meisten Weiterbildungsangebote innerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeit wahrgenommen werden (BMAS 2016) stellt sich die Frage, wie effektiv das jeweilige Training ist und wie gut Weiterbildungsteilnehmende die Trainingsinhalte auf den Arbeitsalltag übertragen können.
