Dr Azhdar Karami is Senior Lecturer in Strategy and Management at the Bangor Business School, Bangor University, UK. Azhdar's research interests include strategy innovation and entrepreneurship. He has published several books and journal articles in a number of leading international academic journals in the fields of strategy and small business management.

Mina Tajvidi is a research associate at the Bangor Business School, Bangor University, UK. Dr Tajvidi's research and teaching interests are in the areas of strategic management, entrepreneurship and innovation in high-tech SMEs. Mina's current research is focused on strategic management in small- and medium-sized enterprises. Mina has published several papers in management journals and presented in international conferences.
