Insbesondere bei bereichsübergreifenden Problemstellungen muß der Berater wissen, wie komplexe soziale Systeme extern verändert werden können. Josef Schrädler entwickelt vor dem Hintergrund der neueren Organisationstheorie eine Konzeption von Beratung, die als ganzheitlich-evolutionäre Beratungsphilosophie bezeichnet wird. Diese zielt auf organisatorisches Lernen und damit auf eine langfristige positive Veränderung des Gesamtunternehmens ab.

About the author

Dr. Josef Schrädler war bis zum SS 95 Doktorrand an der TU in München. Er ist heute in der Praxis tätig.
