About the authors
Dr. Kris M. Y. Law is an academic and researcher, as well an author. She obtained her PhD from the City University of Hong Kong for her work on a research project in the field organizational learning and development. Her specialties are in the areas of organizational learning and development, technology innovation and management, business entrepreneurship and human capital management with application of Yin Yang philosophy. Dr. Law has participated in many research projects relating to human capital and organizational development and visiting positions in different regions, i.e. China, Taiwan, Thailand, Finland, Norway and United States, etc. She has published her work in a number of refereed international journals and books (i.e. The PAL Developer).
Apart from being a researcher and author, Dr. Law is also an experienced practitioner of special dun armour, as well a certified yoga teacher.
Dr. Marko Kesti is a Finnish researcher and author of several books and international book chapters in the field of organization performance development. He has also published his work in international conference papers, some of which are co-authored with Dr. Kris Law.
Dr. Kesti has been working on new scientific theories in the field of strategic human capital development, with this work receiving international awards. He obtained his MSc in engineering and holds a doctoral degree in Administrative Science.
Dr. Kesti's engineering background and practical business experience make him a successful researcher in the field of human capital management.
