Hydraulic resistance in a tube with the non-permanent roughness

Abstract

A technique for theoretical calculation of the hydraulic resistance coefficient for round tubes with rough walls is proposed that takes into account the variable height of the roughness and based on the superposition principle of complete viscosity in a turbulent boundary layer.
