Reducing the infiltration at vacuum chambers to obtain ultrahigh vacuum

Abstract

The design of electric heaters in ultrahigh-vacuum chambers is considered. Effective heat shielding of the tested product is proposed. The permissible operating time of the heating elements is determined.
