Abstract

Results of experimental studies and mathematical modeling of drying a thin skim milk layer in a magnetic field are presented. The electrical field impact on the drying rate is integrally assessed. The relation of the factor of the electrical field impact on the drying process to its main characteristics is shown in graphic form.
