Raspberry immunity to the aphid virus vector Amphorophora idaei under artificial infection conditions

Abstract

Data on artificial infection of 16 large-fruited red raspberry varieties by the aphid virus vector Amphorophora idaei are given. As a result of threefold replication of the experiment (2005–2007), new large-fruited raspberry varieties Maroseika, Aborigen, Biryusinka, Sirenevyi Tuman, Krasa Rossii, Stolichnaya, and Tarusa can be offered for subsequent breeding as donors of immunity to the virus vector A. idaei.
