Abstract
Variability of the common buckwheat breeding varieties studied, revealed by polyacrylamide electrophoresis, reduces to the presence or absence of nine components of the protein spectra of individual seeds. Differences in the frequency of occurrence of these components were detected between varieties Bogatyr’, Molva, Ballada, Dozhdik, Skorospelaya 86, Dikul’ and Devyatka.
