Abstract
Effect of the reflection from the optical contact between active (YVO4:Nd3+) and nonlinear (LiNbO3) crystals on the parameters of the green microchip laser with intracavity second harmonic generation was studied. It is shown that an increase in the reflection from the contact leads to the decrease in efficiency, increase in threshold pumping power and instability of the output emission power of the microchip laser.
