Ferromagnetic Resonance in Thin Films of FexNi100−x

Abstract

Magnetic resonance characteristics of FexNi100–x nanometer film systems are investigated. It is shown experimentally that Kittel’s theory of uniform ferromagnetic resonance in thin single-layer FexNi100−x film structures might be invalid.
