Abstract
It is shown that both sp 2 and sp 3 hybridized structures are formed on the surface of the samples modified with fullerene and alloyed; these structures indicate the formation of carbon nanostructures. On the surface of the samples modified by graphite and alloyed, only graphite-like structures are formed.
