Prospects for the Use of Anti-Icing Materials in the Operation of Wind Generators

Abstract

This article discusses existing types of anti-icing coatings for aircraft structures, which can be used to treat parts of wind generators. A comparative analysis of existing protective anti-icing coatings is provided. Some patent works are considered, the advantages and prospects for the use of anti-icing agents presented in them are revealed. Trends in the development of the market for anti-icing and hydrophobic materials are also identified.
