Abstract
The results of research and industrial development of grooved streetcar rail rolling at the rail-and-structural steel mill with a continuously reversing tandem train are given. The results of mathematical and physical modeling are presented, on the basis of which the design procedure for an energy- and resource-saving rolling technology developed by the example of a complex asymmetric rail profile, streetcar rails, which is implemented in industrial production on a tandem mill is developed.
