Abstract
The results of structural chemical analysis of stochastic systems according to the phenomenological theory of metallurgical phase construction in liquid and solid state ((harmonic structural model (HSM)-phase theory) are used to study the deoxidation and modification of steel with two- and multicomponent alloys of silicone-based alkaline-earth metals. The design data agree with the industrial test results.
