Abstract

The calculation of hydromechanical couplings with a differential planetary gear mechanism is considered. The operation of a hydromechanical coupling with a differential planetary gear mechanism is described, in different stages of the drive cycle. A method of parameter calculation is developed, taking account of the structure of the hydromechanical couplings with a differential planetary gear mechanism. It is found that the rigidity of the coupling is nonlinear and depends on the pressure in the damper of the hydraulic system. Formulas are presented for determining the best parameters of the hydraulic system in terms of effective drive protection.
