New technologies for seamless-pipe production at OAO Tagmet

Abstract

Technology for seamless-pipe production on a continuous mill with three-roller cells has been introduced at OAO Tagmet. The mill is equipped with an automatic control system and an automatic system for monitoring and correction of the technological parameters. The major benefits of the new technology are considered.
