Abstract
Experience in introducing rolling and separation technology at the OAO ZSMK 250-1 continuous small-bar mill is summarized. The grooving configuration adopted is outlined, along with the results of its introduction. The possibility of combining rolling and separation technology with thermomechanical hardening in the production of reinforcing profiles 10 and 12 is considered. The optimal conditions of thermomechanical hardening are determined.
