Abstract
The temperature dependences of the specific heats of coals from ten coal beds in the Maikube, Sary-Adyr, and Kendyrlyk deposits were studied by dynamic calorimetry in a range of 298.15–473 K. Based on the experimental data, equations for the temperature dependence of the heat capacity of coals were derived. The standard enthalpies of combustion of the test coals were calculated.
