Abstract

The adiabatic curves of the compression of dispersed carbon in the presence of different modifiers were studied. A tendency toward increasing the packing regularity of dispersed carbon globules upon their consolidation with polyvinyl alcohol was demonstrated. The average coordination number of the statistical packing of T 900 carbon black globules upon their consolidation with polyvinyl alcohol increased by 7%.
