Abstract

A mathematical model was developed for hydrocarbon synthesis from CO and H2 in a tubular fixed-bed reactor over a cobalt catalyst. On the basis of the model, optimal conditions for the process in the cases when the desired products are C7H16 and C17H36 are recommended.
