Abstract

A bibliography of English language books, conference proceedings, and journal special issues, published between 1980 and 2004, covering drug delivery systems and controlled release preparations for therapeutic and prophylactic agents was compiled as an aid for students and researchers. This work may also serve those who wish to track the history of this field of study and aid in the development of related library collections.
