Abstract

The paper is devoted to the topical problem of real-time precision measurements of small electrical parameters in 100 dB dynamic range. To provide maximum accuracy and stable performance over a wide range, special nonlinear analog-to-digital conversion is applied. A laboratory complex is described with a model of nonlinear ADC converter, which measures input current of 1 nA-1 μA with max relative RMS of 1 μA—0.03%.
