Vibration-induced error of a pendulous MEMS accelerometer

Abstract

The paper investigates the dynamics and errors of a pendulous MEMS accelerometer (PMA) under polyharmonic vibrations caused by base oscillations. Vibrational displacement of the accelerometer sensor’s equilibrium position is estimated.
