Abstract
This work presents results of research on the application of the phosphorus-boron-nitrogen-containing product FEDA developed in the Volzhskii Polytechnical Institute of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution Volgograd State Technical University as a modifying additive in glue on the basis of chlorated natural rubber and polychloroprene during adhesion of vulcanizates based on different rubbers. The possibility of injecting FEDA into standard compounds of rubber mixtures was considered. It was shown that the absence of 0.5–1.0 wt % of modifying additive within the content of adhesive compositions leads to increased strength of adhesion of vulcanizates. The greatest adhesion strength is reached in case of injecting of FEDA both into adhesive composition and vulcanizate.
