Abstract
Joint reduction of Cu(II), Se(IV), and In(III) ions at a molybdenum electrode from a solution based of sulfosalicylic acid solution was studied. The optimal range of potentials for deposition of the CuInSe2 compound was chosen. The composition of the films obtained was confirmed by X-ray phase and electron microprobe analyses.
