Surface activity of oxyethylated alkylphenols

Abstract

Pilot samples of oxyethylated products derived from octylphenol, isononylphenol, and isododecylphenol were synthesized. Their colloidal characteristics were studied and compared with the characteristics of ethoxylates of higher aliphatic alcohols.
