Abstract
Methods of modification of polymer hydrogels based on 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate with the aim to improve their hydrophilic characteristics are described. The absorption of antibiotics such as amino-glycosides and the kinetics of their liberation from modified hydrogels are studied.
