Methyldichlorosilanes with fluorinated cyclic substituents at silicon

Abstract

Methyldichlorosilanes with fluorinated cyclic substituents at silicon are prepared by the reaction of hydrosilylation of the corresponding hexafluoroolefins with methyldichlorosilane.
