  • Published:
Radiochemistry Aims and scope

Abstract

A diffusion-thermal method was suggested for the isolation of 109Cd from irradiated silver targets. Various procedures implementing this method were tested. The method ensures high yield and high radionuclide purity of the desired product; it is very simple and labor-saving.
