Abstract

Using decomposition of the optimization problem that deytermines the stationary state of the production system, it is shown that this problem possesses a crisis solution formed in local gross output optimization problems when the Leontiev model included in each of them loses its semi-positive solutions for supercritical values of some parameters of its input-output matrix. An algorithm for estimating deviations of current values of these parameters from critical values is constructed.
