Frequency dependence of the coefficient of absorption in 3D opal-matrix-based nanocomposites

Abstract

The frequency dependence of the coefficient of attenuation of electromagnetic waves in 3D nanocomposites based on opal matrices containing ferrite-spinel nanoparticles has been measured in a frequency range of 26–38 GHz. The values of this coefficient for nanocomposites containing ferrite particles of different compositions and the variations in the amplitude of the wave transmitted through the sample under magnetic-resonance condition are compared.
